1. Technical solution for :

  • Validation of communications in layers (process control, visualization, remote Access)

!! No customer is able to generate hundreds of power interruptions to validate in real time the handling of any type of incident, that’s why emulation validations during FAT tests are very important

Customer training: possibility of doing a digital twin training to teach operators to familiarize themselves with the installations

4. After-sales organization specifically for automation

 

The client hopes to have good maintenance support and in the event of a disaster (example complete blackout of the site) to have the guarantee that the automation partner can:

  • Guarantee 24/7 on-site assistance within the short time from an expert who has detailed knowledge of the specific installation and the equipment installed to be able to restore the power supply to critical installations ASAP.
  • Take over the control via remote access (by a specialist) in case of panic to make the right decisions within 10 minutes while waiting for the arrival of the expert on site
  • Guarantee this efficient service throughout the whole life cycle of the installation (minimum 25 years)
    For this, the automation partner must:
  • Train experts on the specific installation throughout its lifetime to prevent the Know-How from degrading or being limited to one technician
  • Perform on-site training for his staff and for the customer
